How to upgrade firmware on a Yealink VoIP phone
1. Download Firmware
You will need to download the latest firmware version for your device, please follow the link below and download the correct firmware:

2. Logging Into Your Web User Interface
The hardware components keypad and LCD screen constitute the phone user interface which allows the user to execute all call operation tasks and basic configuration changes directly on the phone. In addition, you can use the web user interface to access all configuration settings. In many cases, either the phone user interface and/or the web user interface interchangeably. However, in some cases, it is only possible to use one or the other interface to operate the phone and change settings.
For specific Yealink phones you will need to navigate to Menu, status and this will show you the IP address.
For an example : 192.168.1.xxx
Please type this IP address into your browser.
3. Logging into the web user interface
Enter the username (admin) and password (admin) in the login page.
Click "Confirm" to login.
The phone status is displayed on the first page of the web user interface.
4. Upgrading Firmware
Go to Settings > Upgrade
On this page you can see what current firmware version you are running and you can decide if you need to upgrade to latest.
To upgrade the firmware please choose file and select correct firmware.
After the firmware has been added to the page, select upgrade and wait a few minutes for this to update.
